So, of course you know that you should put foil on top to keep the cheese from burning while the rest of the food takes its time to cook, right?
Good.
Then, you are familiar with the little stalactites of cheese that cling to the foil when you pull it off.
Mmmmmmmmmm. I love those.

yes, I know those. and I don't share them with my family. I eat them while they are setting the table.
I'm craving that so much now. I might have to make a casserole just so I can have some.
