I decided last night that I have been working too hard. Along with that decision, I also decided that I was giving myself a chore-free day today.
So, aside from the necessary chores like taking care of the kids, I didn't do anything housework related today. It was a beautiful day working on projects, playing with the girls, and relaxing.
Now I know that part of my responsibility as a housewife and mother is to take time to slow down and enjoy the things that I enjoy. Yay for chore-free days!

ooh I want one of those days. Alas with selling the house I am terrified if it doesn't get done someone will come to look. You are such a great mom
