Owyn lost a sock today.
Well, "lost" isn't really the right word. She took it off, set it down, walked away and forgot about it. Then she decided she wanted it back but couldn't remember where it was.
So, she walked into the living room and said, "Sockie?"
Then she raised her arms in the classic I-don't-know pose and said "Where go?"
She turned some circles in the middle of the room as she looked and said, "Hmmmm...."
Haha! This isn't the first time she has done that. It is very common to hear her "Hmmmmm"-ing around the house looking for lost items. Today it just struck me as so sweet. And it made me smile...maybe even giggle a little; which is a good thing because today was kind of a hard day.

amazing how kids love to losse their socks and all sorts of things. My kids aren't that cute cause they just yell that they can't find it.
